Title: Anti car missile seen on freeway

Ok what you do is......buy some of these cool balloons, fill em with helium, tie to the back of your car and drive down the freeway until you get pulled over and tested for alcohol consumption.

Is that kind of setup allowed on the roads in USA?
I don't know what the local laws over here would say about it, but with a common sense I'd say the car would be pulled over and the driver told to rid the balloons attached on the car like that :D

Maybe - depends on the town you live in and how busy (edit - bored) barney is.

I'm back! Actually just posted up the photos. Borda and Estel were awesome - we all drank a lot and had a great time.
