don't laugh, I'm not a computer geek.
But I've noticed an astounding amount of warpiness on my end lately. Could it be that local internet connections into So Cal are stressed by the abnormal rainfall? I know a lot of telephone connect problems, cell service problems locally are being blamed on rainwater creating havoc with electrical equipment. Same for internet maybe?

That could be it. We have a special "anti rain" button on our modems up here in Washington state that we push when it rains. Haven't had a problem yet.

Hmmm, I thought maybe it was a tiny umbrella that said "Go Mariners!"

Haven't you heard? The Mariner's stadium has a retractable roof, so there's no need for umbrellas(didn't need them in the Kingdome either). The sound of the Mariners eases the pain of the Seahawks just a little(but not much).
