I keep getting hits that my firewall blocks from "IANA" or Internet Assigned Numbers Authority is this a serious problem or threat to my comp? If so how would I go about getting it to stop trying to access? Thanks

I think some hacker is successfully spoofing that return address when trying your firewall.  So long as you getting "blocked" messages its nothing to worry about.

If it continues,  notify your ISP and they'll investigate it.
