Is there a (preferably official) help page for using the radio.  I have heard several slightly different definitions of what channel 3 is.  Thanks

Thats partly because channel 3 is different things depending on where you are.

In tower its a "room" channel.
In Flight only those who flew from same field will hear it.

If in doubt as to who will hear it pull up clipboard, click on roster. bottom left corner click on room button.
