Title: film viewer and TE

I recently removed all htc folders from comp. then re downloaded the latest releases from htc's website including the TE and  the maps ,all skins and then installed them on my comp. at home,however the skins wont load from my  disc, gives error message then ctd,Te does the same thing,however the game plays fine just low fr when on line,along with this problem I like to view others films but when I download them and try to view them same error message appears.If you have any question or comments please post and all help is appreciated
