Looks like he was fixated on the temp, he got  aroused by the perk plane and ignored your first ping, and well died because of it. :p

How exactly does one check their connection and what am I looking for to see if I need to relog?

only warp i can see is swats head recoilin after being shot, back and to the left, back and to the left. swat needs to put down the bong and check his airspace.

  Right click on the clipboard, then select Netstaus.

  The top line, (variance) , should be flat. Spikes in the line are not good.
  Don`t worry about the spikes in the bottom line (Host Queue time). that is natural.
  Look at the one posted above. That`s what you are shooting for.
