Title: What command to fly as observer?

What dot command or GUI is there to request to join someone as an observer? Can't seem to find it, though its probably right in front of me (duh)

Type .join playername

They then can accept or reject your request!

-and when you want to get out of the plane flown by another Ace, type .unjoin playername
