I'm puzzled about this as well. I read in teh docs that I would be able to select a mission, but when I VIEW the mission board there aren't any available? Am I supposed to submit my own plan?

i've never used teh mission planner before, but i know that you don't have to have a plan to go into it... if you do have a plan, then you can submit a mission in there by following the help guide... from what i read, it sounds fairly straight forward to me (again i've never used it before so i don't really know how difficult it is)...
usually if someone has planned a mission the mission will be listed there and you can just click on the mission and click accept...
i can't remember what country he flies in (either rook or knight) buy i think zigrat uses the mission planner quite extensively... i'm sure if you fly with his country, you'll be seeing alot of missions there (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)...
