I cant connect to the host!! Can someone help me?

I would post this in the Internet Connection forum and add to the list
a. connection type ( dialup, cable, dsl, other)
b. Are you behind a firewall
c. Are you playing on a LAN

How does this error and when does it occur.
Have you tried a ping or traceroute yet?
