hehehe FINNALY I saw this new commercial.

Was pretty good lookin.

Do you guys know who was in it?

Maybe yur a movie star and you dont even know it!:)

I was in a tank with others, that was supposed to be for the advert. we were all on a road on a hill under attack from fighters.

What were you watching when you saw it morph?

Didn't think they had flight sim ads playing on the porn channels.... :p

I thought the add was so-so.  It just doesn't live up to the potential of the game.  It may be that since the add has to be filmed in pretty high res, the frame rates seemed off.

I would suggest using TrackIR for the next commercial.  It will give a much more natural flow to the movements in the game.

(not that I have trackir, or am playing anymore.  I'm on sabatical.)

or they should make the recording sampleing on films a variable ......

films show even the recorded plane being jerky like net lag almost .... but it seems like a lag in film samples..... to keep films small, is the reason HTC does this I imagine.

You could have films take in much more points of data and let players set this before starting the film....

another vairable I wish players could set on film is weather voice or text or system messsages will be recorded in the frist place.....

anyway more samples of the realtive postions and movements in the film, just haveing the option, could produce a smoother flow .... this would make films much larger, but flow smoother...not so jerky as the FE plane moves....

BTW I haven't seen the new commerical .. but from the old one and looking at films ..... this is a cause of that lag effect I think

Um Where does it play? I got comcast and 274 was the old D-wings channel but now its Miltary and ive been watching it for awhile still didnt see it.

Its on the Military Channel which used to be the Discovery Wings Channel.....I was disappointed in the ad....it no way near shows the graphics or potential of the game.  Just my opinion but I didnt like it all that much.

Hitech dont take this as a slam just letting you know my opinion.  I have some suggestions if you'd like them for future commercials.

I've seen it a few times on discovery wings/military ch.

I was a bit disapointed also, the b17s that were shown should have had some close up shots or show the new b24s with more detail.

There were some nice shots of fighters shooting down other fighters.

Overall still good though.
