Title: Depot capture question

I don't remember reading what it takes to capture a depot.  Someone said it must be taken down 100% and then troops dropped but this isn't the case, I captured one and I'd estimate it was only 80% destroyed.  There are so many buildings at a depot that it would be difficult to take one out 100%.

What is the rule for the amount of damage the depot must have before a capture?

I tried this off-line and I did have to destroy all the depot buildings to capture it.  I'm not sure if the off-line strat is the same as the on-line strat though.

There are 52 buildings in a depot, 16 buildings in a city.  So you have to do 3 to 4 times more bombing to capture a depot than you do to capture a field.
