Title: Catholics Aren't Christians-2
Post by: Hawklore on January 17, 2005, 01:50:58 PM
My moms telling me it's a personal issue with the lady, therefore should be a personal talk.

I belive since it came up during history class, and was said infront of the class, it is a class issue, and therefore should be discussed in class..

Now of course this so called class only has like 15-30mins in it, but thats because we gotta fit things in a timespan of 3 hours..

Don't bother arguing with idiots.  You are not going to change their mind.

Yeah, don't waste your breath on idiots, even if they are teachers. Spread sedition among fellow students instead.

First Hawklore, you already know the facts. Second, your teacher has probably revealed some bias, perhaps even an underlying hatred, by arguing you will not change her mind, only change her view of you.

However, if you feel strongly enough about it then you should ask her for proof of this statement. The only place she will pull such "facts" is from an anti-Catholic source, ie a hate-source. This would confirm her beliefs, and at that stage I'd kick the issue higher up the chain of command.

Vulcan,

He is home schooled most of the time. The class he is talking about is in a coop, not a regular school that has to answer to the public at large. It is likely that the coop is a support school based to support a particular religious belief / faith.
Kicking it upstairs" would be useless as that system does not have to even maintain the illusion of non bias.
