Skuzzy or other PC Guys,
I have the opportunity to purchase the following laptop for $300.00. I will be remote from my house for a while, and want to know if this is adequate for AHII
Dell Latitude CPx
- PIII 500 MHZ
- 256 Megs of Ram
- 12 gig D
- DVD ROM Drive
- Modular Floppy Drive
- 2 Batteries (both last about 2.5 hours and can be used at the same time if you remove the modular drive
- 14.1" TFT Screen
- Touchpad & pointer
- 802.11B/G Wireless Card
- Windows XP including Dell Restore discs
- Office 2000 installed

video card is the biggest question...
doesn't seem to be one mentioned LOL
but seriously, it is all about the video card.

No. The CPU is below the minimum requirements, but more importantly, judging from its age, I seriously doubt the video card will come close to working. Even modern laptops struggle as the video cards are very slow compared to the desktop counterpart.
