Title: Scoring in AH
Post by: stantond on November 10, 2001, 10:15:00 PM
How are kills determined with multiple pilots shooting a single target?  I have been looking for a pattern but have yet to understand a pattern.  Can a trainer or programmer shed some light on who gets a kill when multiple planes attack an adversary plane?

Thanks.

The Kill goes to the pilot that did the most damage.

Thanks,

That makes sense.  Although shooting off a wing/elevator will disable a plane more than 100 rnds of 50cals, the 100 rnds will do more damage.  I quit trying to 'kill' planes and now try to shoot their wings/elevators off, especially bombers.

That also allows one to 'steal' kills.  Shooting a tumbling plane as it falls will give you the kill.
