Title: Control Tower and Range Channel

I think it's a little silly that you can't communicate with people on range channel when you're in the control tower and they aren't.  And I suppose it goes the other way too, can't talk to somebody in the control tower when you're not.  Besides, people in control towers are supposed to be the ones talking to aircraft around a bases.

Good point. It would be nice to have range channel from the tower to nearby GVs and planes.

Lot's of times you may be talking to someone on range channel as you are landing or whatever... you go to tower and then conversation is over weather you were done talking or not.
