Train for gunnery ... ?
-
Try SimHQ.com! Andy Bush has some great info there on gunnery!

One of the best ways to improve gunnery is can the tracers. By getting rid of tracers you will find yourself waiting until you know you have the shot before opening up. Plus it gives ya that extra little surprise if you do miss on a bounce instead of alerting your target :)

And of course there is always off-line to shoot at target drones ...

I agree nim but for an all aspect training I would have prefered a drone flying straight and level ... instead of a circling one.
Btw that what I've said to do ...

Straff if ya take a look at Andys articles he gives advice on shooting at targets that are in a turn and how to judge the lead needed, this is a good thing for few targets in the MA will be flying straight and level ! Give it a look see he has written many great articles that will help ya out on gunnery. :D

Yep but it's not for me :)
It's for a friend who don't read well English :(
I've now to translate the articles ...

Straffo, tell your friend one of the most worthwhile exercises is circulating in the opposite direction to the drones and trying to HO every other one; that's to say, HO the first, dive under the next, HO the third from underneath, go over the next one, HO the one after in a diving attack etc. etc.
It's actually very hard to do, and it'll teach him closure rates and angles.

I think the off-line drones are good practice. Not only just shooting, but setting up for the shot. Come in a different angles from direct 6 to headon. I spent a few hours last week shooting drones, and it helps.
