Is strat/base resupply still hosed? I made a couple of trips to get things up at a base and got minimal perkies, like 1.3 vs 8 or more for similarly damaged feilds on other maps. The strats still stayed down for OVER 30 minutes. I had this problem on this map when it first came out.
