Thank you spade for that websight (BTW can u post it again i lost it) and oboe for ur awesome template. I dont believe i see any bugs but post them if u do! I also tryed out a new technique for the inner wing.

Yup real nice, shame that they won't allow captured skins in the game, I even found a mossie one.

Oboe is there any other Olive Drab P51Bs that i can convert this too?

Theres and Spitfire with american symbols and a P51D with british! Y CANT MINE BE INNN!

The Brits used the Mustang operationally in fact first labeled the P51 the Mustang.

Americans used Spitfires at the very start of the entry of the United States.

In these cases there was alot more than 1 or 2 used. Along the same lines, the Brits used the Corsair from carriers after we had just about given up on it.

Actually the Mustang was originally built for the Brits.

Do a search on this forum for P-51B - I think Guppy and Shane have both posted possible skinning candidates.    Looks good

Umm, gents, that is NOT a Nazi skin but Finnish. Based out on the LeLv26, note the color of the swastika is blue and not black/red.

From what I remember, the swastika was used by the Finns long before the Nazi's decided to use it. Heck, even the Boy Scouts used it as a good luck charm.

THe Russians were given well over 1000 Spits, Vs and IXs during the course of the war through lend lease.

They most definately were flying them in combat.

The Norwegiens also flew the spit fire.  Does anyone know what other planes they flew?
