Title: Random intelligence reports (virtual spies)

How about to generate every 10 or 15 mins a random intelligence report sent by radio with somewhat detailed info about enemy activity in sectors no further than 25 miles from a friendly base and only when enemy has four or more GVs and planes there.

For example, report for rooks:
Sector 5,10
Knight force: 3 fighters, 3 bombers, 2 GVs, 1 TG
Bish force: 0 fighters, 0 bombers, 0 GVs, 0 TG

the system you mention could tell you what sector (and KP location) the force is in, but will be "guess" on alt, and size of it
