Title: Map options not working in flight.
Post by: Saintaw on January 24, 2005, 12:54:31 AM
The right click does not seem to work for me while I am in flight. (I'm talking about setting the filters on the Clipboard map).
It works fine while in tower, but as soon as I take off, it stops working.

My system:
OS: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 1 (build 2600)
CPU: 2,00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64
RAM: 1536 Megabytes Installed Memory
Video     RADEON X800 PRO (AGP)

Send me your X800 + 512 Mo of memory  and I'll start to think about this problem...

Seriously no idea.

Do you have the CH throttle mini mouse working ?

No, that is disabled....I can use the mouse alright, I just can't right click. (Will double check this evening)

And about giving you my X800... over my dead body :D

SAW suffer ya Bastage :D

Umm err ok to your problem.

I suffered exactly this many months ago.
HT replied and from memory it was something simple like checking your mouse has not been mapped to anything in controller setup in AH.

In my case i believe it was my cougar programming software as i had set up the mini joystick to emulate the mouse for panning view in cockpit.

I have the same problem sometimes.

I remember that there was something with calibrating the bomb sight and the clipboard, couldnt use it on the way back after bomb run.

Note for me it only happens sometimes, and then i can no longer drag the map and not rightclick on clipboard, i think the buttons still worked.

Easy fix -
Press U on the keyboard with the map up.
