Lucked out.  Profile was in John Stanaway's 475th FG History "Possum, Clover & Hades"  It's a P38H but same shape as a G so you could use it I'd think.

KillnU, if you don't have that book, you should get it.  It's a goldmine on the 475th and since they're your baby, it only makes sense :)

Hopefully, we'll get Ed Cragg's 80th FS Headhunter G, "Porky II",  Danny Roberts 432nd FS, 475th FG P38H skin, Jack Illfrey's "Texas Terror" 1st FG skin, etc etc.

Don't see why not.  Looks identical on the outside.  Performance was similar.  

When +Lost and I did the 475th as a shades squad in AW, I was DaRob for Danny Roberts.  Always wanted to fly his 38 :)

I will go for it

any pictures exist of right side of nose and are those star markings correct?

i will have limited internet access because im moving to south carolina so i will be busy skinning and terrain making for the next few months.

I want to go all out with the P-38G and P-38J and P-38L the way i did with the P-40E

Star and bar are correct.  No outline to the bars.  

I'll check on images of the other side.

Sigh, I know, it's stink that we cannot used H Model skins into G Model.

I wonder what's next now?

We're asking HTC to reconsider that decision.   My outlook is hopeful that we'll be able to do Fs and Hs on the G.
