Quick question...how does one make animated avatars?

I'm assuming that you have to make each frame individually, but how do you save them in series?

You have to have a program that allows you to do it.  I use Jasc Animation Shop 3.  And yes, you do have to do each frame individually.

The format you want is called an Animated GIF.
