Post the picture on a hosting site that allows links; I use Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com/).
If you're using IE, right click on the picture, go down to "Properties", copy the address of the picture.
Open a reply to the post. Click on the "IMG" tab in the B code section, and paste the address in there, then click "OK". Check the preview post to make sure it worked (it will), then post the message.
If you're using Mozilla, Firefox, or Netscape, for step 2 right click on the imageand choose "copy image location", then follow step 3.
