Title: Error upgrading about debris.wav

I tried upgrading from 2.01 patch 6 to 2.02 patch 1 using the
AH2016T2021.EXE file and I get the error at about 96% done

The file
I:\PROGRA~1\HTC\ACESHI~1\sounds\debris.wav
could not be opened.
