I am helping one of my friends to fly AH and I am gonna send him my saved head positions and my stick scaling.

What are the names of these files?

Head positions are saved in settings folder named the same as the plane in which they are saved. If you have a lot of them easier to grab the whole folder.

What about the stick scaling files?

Same place Falcon. It's the file "stick.cfg" I believe. Just zip up your whole SETTINGS directory (minus video.cfg and sound.cfg is he has a differnt sound and vid card then you) and pass it to him. He can use your view settings as well as your stick configs.
