Title: clipboard highlight disappears

When i choose a plane on clipboard and move mouse off to choose wepons / fuel  etc,  the black highlight bar that marks the plane choosen disappears sometimes.  <----  note just sometimes.  old version never did it before that i can remember.

I've noticed that too.
