Is the "Yellow 10" skin available? If so, what FW-190s is it available on?
Thanks in advance!

Cool, I'll have to remember to use it. By the way, we have the original "Yellow 10" here at the museum where I work.

Per your request. This pic was taken just after its arrival, so the cowling and horizontal stabilizers aren't on yet. They fired it up a couple of weeks before they brought it up from Mesa. It only needs gas, oil and FAA check to fly.

man that is one beautiful bird!!!
thanks for the pic ; )

If I remember correctly, the D-13 has four 20mm cannons. Two in the cowling and one in each wing. We need one of those in AH. I also believe it has a 3-stage supercharger.

I want to visit that museum one day and see the Dora in person. By the way, isn't it three MG151's (one in the hub, two wingroot)?

no, 190's did not have hub cannons, only the 109's
they did have cowl guns, but nothing through the engine block.

Mauser is correct. The FW-190D-13 had three 20mm. One hub mounted and one in each wing.
If any of you ever come to the museum I'll get you in on my dime.

Here's a link to some good pics of Yellow 10 off of Bud Anderson's site.

You need to go to your directory and delete the skins cache for 190's and you'll get it back! There was another post on this a feew weeks back, and it worked for me!

The 190D series could have a gun firing through the spinner because it was an inline (V actually) engine design. The 190A series did not because they were radials. I doubt there'd be room on top of the engine for 20mms though, they had large blisters up there just to fit the 12.99 mm MGs. But the D13 did not have those cowl mounted MGs.
I am looking forward to recreating the yellow-10 skin once the template for the 190s are updated to AH2 specs. The current skin IS 1024X1024 but from the dev updates I have read the AH2 format will not have any mirrored textures. The biggest problem with my skin is that the spinner should be bright green with white spiral (there's no way to modify this due to the AH1 template, note all the Doras have the same spinner), but the camo needs some work too.

Edbert.. did you see my post in the skins forum?
i found a pic of it for you, if you needed any other references.
