just bought a new 120gig 7200 rpm, and was going to use it for a storage drive, until i realized that my main 80gig hard drive was only running at 5400rpm's
what should i do?
switch them around, or is there a way to make them help eachother, or mabey just install the high demand programs on the new hard drive.
hate starting windows from scratch.

personally it really doesnt matter all that much. Yes you do get better performance but if your not noticing a problem you wont notice an improvement...it's like swapping out your video card to go from 60 FPS to 85....you'll know its better but in reality its functionally the same.

If your intention, in swapping the hard drive, is to gain better performance with AH2.. you may or may not see better results.
You wont see better results (FPS) if you have gobs of memory available
You will see results if you presently see your 5400 rpm drive accessing data constantly with AH2 if you have limited onboard memory. Limited memory causes your computer to utilize the hard drive as "Virtual Memory" if your memory cards are full.
