Title: Time to start pulling out?
Post by: Raider179 on February 04, 2005, 10:41:43 PM
http://www.globalsecurity.org/org/news/2005/050201-iraq-coalition.htm

Is it time to start pulling U.S. troops out?

http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/02/04/iraq.troops.ap/index.html

I think some should come if it wouldn't endanger the ones that stay. Hopefully this will be the start of a phased withdrawal that sees Iraqis taking more control for the defense of their own country.

edited for being horrible grammaticatacly <<

I disagree with the "Withdrawal Method".

Eeek Raider, I can hardly read this - it's giving me toothache.

Spelling/punctuation corrections Why does the whole intardnet think that every word ending in an S has to have an apostrophe before that S? Oh well, at least you said ones - not one's. :lol

I think skuzzy ought to dump the profanity checker and replace it with a spelling/punctuation checker. :aok

Back on topic - I don't see a major troop pullout on the horizon. That's not so much due to the situation in Iraq as it is Iraq's neighbouring countries. With the US toying with the idea of doing something about Iran, they have everything they need right there, and can bring pressure to bear.

George Bush shouldn't pull out until he is finished.

As long as the profanity is spelled correctly.
