Title: How about these for Aces High?

Landing craft!

Will be able to bring light tanks and supply trucks onto shore.

Normal truck!

Will be able to carry troops, vehicle & airfield supplies.
Though it won't be armored, it'll be faster than the M-3 and ofcourse not armed.

Some of our 2 1/2 ton trucks had a gun ring above the cab (soft top) for a 50 cal. Yes , trucks would be good, might as well have jeeps also. In AW we some times raced jeeps around the airfield
