Homemade chili.. beer... tortillas .... beer .......snacks.... beer.

My son has been a diehard Eagles fan for many years.. I plan on giving him a merciless verbal beating as the Patriots win the game.

.stuck in a part of the world with no superbowl coverage, and short of buying my own old-skool sat dish (which A) Are not for sale on sundays, B) I have no place to put it, and C) nothing to hook it into), and no superbowl. :(

Dammit, MLB runs a net feed, why can't the NFL?
or is there a superbowl net feed and I just  don't know about it?

yeah good post Drediock. I used that all season to follow my eagles. Didnt want to spring for directv to get the football package. Sucks every other sport package comes through our cable but football goes to directv. BOOOO! Hope they lose that contract soon but I doubt it.

bleedin' norwegian. Send that feed down here to your mates on Cyprus.

Hell, I'm really pissed now. We've got less than a million people on this island, and I've got a Rogue State half a click away. Nobody but Turkey recognizes their existence: they can broadcast whatever the hell they want; and they don't pirate the superbowl feed. Golly-geemit, let's pull the UN out of the DMZ, I feel like invading someone's ass.  40,000 Turkish soldiers? Try one yank, pissed off 2 AM without his superbowl. I'll kick their asses, I will.

Im a Viking fan I know what ya mean.

Last year for a while was getting the game (radio on the net) Free through KFan then the NFL stepped in and said they couldnt broadcast the games over the net.

Was great while it lasted even though the Net broadcast is usually a full 5 min behind whats shown on TV.

Few Days later I get an Email from the NFL about Feildpass.

I only responded with " You think you guys are greedy enough? Go screw yourself"

I'm not going to pay to listen to what happened 5 min ago

I was pretty disgusted over the exclusive Direct TV deal also

I couldnt believe it when the NFL started charging to listen to the games, I only used filed pass once, you get a free trial period so I took advantage of that.
