Good for the Patriots.  Proved that you don't have to have the most money not only to win a championship but to win the Super Bowl three of the last four years.  That d y n a s t y word again.

The Pats were strong in the second half. Good game. Grats to them and their fans.

A typical Pats win ... they did what they had to do ... no matter what obstacles were thrown in the way.

I just love seeing them constantly prove the "experts" wrong. Manning's Colts will shred their patchwork secondary - hold 'em to 3. They can't score on the Steelers - the rack up 41 points. They can't deal with a running QB - the pick off McNabb 3 times and hold him to 1 yard rushing. Whatever their opponent is good at they just take it away. And they still have fun playing at the same time. Amazing.

I do like that TO ended up the top reciever on the Eagles today. To come back from injury like he did and go 9/122 is awesome. He's a bit of a loudmouth, but he didn't deserve to take the crap he took for coming back and playing. I doubt he'll get the credit he deserves for his performance today.

Next year might be tougher on the Pats. The replacement of Crennel and Weiss will have some effect. And teams like the Colts and Steelers will likely build their whole season's plan around beating the Pats in the play-offs. Conversely, new coordinators means that opponents will have new schemes to deal with. And one can only wonder what free agents they'll pick up in the off-season. There's plenty of good players stuck on crappy teams who'd love to come to New England.

Dunno ... I just hope Steve Grogan is smiling ear to ear.

The fly over was great - see the couple of F/A-22s ? I thought it was nice, especially because i've learned so much more about those guys (and girls) thanks to this game.

Was a pats fan before, and still am now. great game, im glad it was close. (is it ever any different for new england?)

btw, how many catches did freddie mitchell have? one? i was waiting all game for harrison to lay him out!

It's fun to count all the new brand new hats you see on the streets after a big win.

Dunno, but I can say that T.O. has some respect from me now, thought he was all talk and wouldn't play, he played a heck of a game.

Eagles have some great fans, they remind me of red sox fans.

Gonna have to read through the papers to add to my sig:)

Ya TO put on quite a show for a guy hurt that bad that recently.
I have learned not to bet against the patriots..they come to play every time and  they came with a little bit more this time then the eagles. Eagles looked strong.

The Pats were lucky to get out of the first half with a 7-7 tie considering how much time Philly spent in the NE half of the field. Not to mention the penalties and turnovers etc etc...

Second half they got their watermelon together, but even then the game was pracically almost only decided by crappy Philly clock management - the fools let 2 minutes of the clock go to waste just in the last 8 minutes of the game.

Overall a very sloppy game, but the best team clearly won.

I'm happy for the Pats and especially for my boy Tully Banta-Cain. We went to JR High together and played ball against each other in High School so it's great to see somedy I know playing in the NFL and winning the super bowl again.
