Can we have BR-350P special round (4 or 6 rounds from what i recall) for our T-34-76?

I've heard it was 2-3.  But then I have no sources for that.

For those of us not russian tank ammo gurus, what do these rounds do exactly?  I would like something that upon impact it would spray confetti all over the enemy tank.  Sorta like a small birthday party.  I think that would be fun when spawncamping.  The best part would be that we could mix those rounds in with AP rounds in random places   =)

I want a flamethrower tank. Imagine the possibilities with the new graphics......
