Capt. Willard Webb's aircraft, of the 459th FS, 80th FG, in Chittagong, India
The source I got this from said this skin was on both G and J, so I put it on the G because J is bound to get alot more skins than G or L

Just realized after getting all those pictures uploaded (dial up so it took a few minutes...) that I left out alot of small details such as the kill markings, and need to move the eyes a little forward. Also forgot the USAAF markings on wing and booms

Glad you put it on the G, I had started a J one -
Lt H.H. Sealy "Haleakala II"

Problem is the 459th activated on H models. Webb's first bird was an H-5 and I've seen a B&W photo of his J model with the twin tailed dragon paint scheme. I've never seen the dragon scheme on a small intake bird of the 459th. The first 38H of H.H Sealy that Kev is doing had no Dragon scheme, but his second J did.
Guessing it's a J and if we can't skin H's it's all for nought :(
Thinking it's his J model though. Picture hanger is not working well right now but I'll post the photo of Webb's J too when I can

Ahh, maybe that would explain why the J I am doing is called "Haleakala II".
That would make it his 2nd J I guess?
Just hadn't got round to the name yet. Doing this one in dribs and drabs in between other stuff.

There's a photo of the first Haleakala and it's an H without the dragons :)

Here are the images I mentioned previously. Webb's P38J with the Dragon scheme on top and the first "Haleakala" on the bottom
