Title: Enable User Skins in BackUp MA

I'm really missin those new skins so was thinkin..

How many would fly in the BackUp MA if HiTech enabled user skins in there?...

Reasonable idea?...

We cannot enable them in the Backup MA, as this is a server wide setting.  So the Training, Dueling, CT, SEA would all be enabled as well.
