I haven't eaten any fast foods since watching that. Lunch now takes an hour though. Then I enjoy a siesta on some days. :D

Mmm... siesta. The wonderful time between breakfast and bedtime. Best part of the day!

fastfood is the downfall of the West.
War on Drugs ...bull****.
Let's go to War on McDonalds.

Soso Whaley experimented (and documented) eating only McDonalds food, but choose healthier menu items, like salads at lunch, not getting the larger sizes of portions etc..
She ate McD's for 60 days, not just 30 like the dummy. She lost 18 pounds and her Cholesterol went down 40 points.
But, again, it required making better choices of what to eat and how much.
Of course, not being as sensationalistic, not many news organizations covered it.
So, you can either be easily swayed by listening without thinking, or you can actually engage the brain, question and consider.

of course it is. most people are irresponsible by nature.

I hope they Ban the Big Mac and close the Golden Gate Bridge.
-
biz news:::
in a effort to back away from the stigma of "fast food", McDonalds has said they will now take 20 min to serve your order.
-
Gee, another protect us from ourselves situation. People cannot be counted on to make responsible decisions for themselves therefor government must decide for them. Fortunately there won't be people in government so it can't make any bad decisions.

While you recover over your serving of bangers and mash, minced meat and clotted cream, suck down that English dishblood pudding and that is "Oh so yummy."
Is it pig blood, pig liver and lard?

Dago,
Morgan Spurlock's experiment was different. He had to choose every menu item, and had to take the "supersize" option wherever/whenever it was offered. So he had to have those awful looking dessert items, and he mentioned that the supersize soda drink was 42oz - well over a litre, containing the equivalent of about 21 teaspoons of sugar.
eek, I'm feeling ill again. :(

Is this the fruitloop that was a vegetarian and never ate fried food? What do you expect to happen?
MacD's in NZ is actually damn good food, funny thing is I tried some in Aussie last week and it was absolute crap - a soggy sad looking burger who's lettuce looked like cabbage and its cheese and meat tasted wierd. I could hardly swallow the burger it was so bad.
In NZ our McDs burgers look pretty much like the ones on adverts. In the US are they like Aussie or NZ?

The Dr. told me recently that I could no longer have sugar. I came up with the perfect solution. I throw the sugar along with some malt, hops, etc in a fermenter and convert the evil stuff to achohol. :D

The guy showed the dangers of eating a McDonalds diet, what's the big deal?

No, but his girlfriend is a vegan chef, which was useful during his rehabilitation! I didn't know what to expect - I've only ever been to a McDonalds twice, and the second of those was only because everything else was closed.
Creamo! You're thinking of "black pudding". Yes, blood cooked in fat or something like that. Tried a small piece only once. Not my cup of tea. And I've never had mushy peas either!

Vegans are wusses (http://www.breatharian.com/breatharianism2.htm)

I don't get it. I lived on a diet of fast food, liquor, beer, and Camels from the ages of 18-22 or so.
