Could someone please point me toward some documentation on how to join a bomber as a gunner or allow another player to join your bomber as your gunner? Thanks...

From in the tower, you just type in the text radio ".join handle" where handle is the name of the player you wish to join.  If you wanted to join my plane, you would type ".join Lephturn".  I will then get a box that says "Alyster wishes to join you." with a button to either accept or decline.  You will then be able to gun for me in a bomber for example.  If I'm in a fighter, you will observer from my plane.

Beware, once you join somebody you can't get out until you are on the ground again.  Once you are on the ground, you can type ".unjoin handle" to remove yourself from that player.  If you want to get out before you are on the ground, you need to quit the program and restart it.

Lephturn,

When my friend joins me in a bomber I don´t get the box that says "handle wishes to join you"
When he types .join myhandle nothing comes up on the screen. It still works though since we are using RW and he tells me when he has sent the request. I just type ".accept handle" and it works.

Before the last patch it worked the way you described, but now it doesn´t.
Do you know what the problem might be?

The message box doesnt pop up in H2H games Hakster.  It only pops up if you are joining somebody online.
