Last night a field was under attack and I upped, bla bla bla bla, went looking for the goon. Turned out the goon was hiding by the town close to a tree. What ever the situation, I flyw over it several times before I saw him. The only reason I found him was the red icon.
Now, I don;t have the answer to this but, he did a good job hiding and his icon was the only thing that gave him up. That does not seem fair to me. Maybe icons for stuff on the grownd should not be displaied??? Like when in a tank??
What do you guys think? HT?

I think it'd be very very hard to *miss* seeing a freaking c-47 no matter where it was parked if you're less than a mile away.
our eyes are much better than the ground detail available to us.

what's weird is the goon was on the ground ( think icon below enemy plane ) and you was able to see the icon.
thought a plane had to be so many feet in the air before the icon was visible? did this change?
