Run Dx Diagnostic and either post report here or email it to skuzzy. Fastest and easiest way to spot problems.

What is the command line for that?
dxdiag?
ok found it under dxdiag under save all information. It is too big too post here will email it in.

Ya it is big, ususally the only part thats important as far as this goes is the first part with all your driver and hardware info. This gives what hardware you have in your computer, what the drivers are and the dates of the drivers for each piece of hardware, version of Direct X, and whether or not there are any problems with it. There are also tests to run for most of the hardware components to make sure your video card and sound card, etc all work with the version of Direct X you have installed.
Good luck!

Just update your video drivers. This is usually the cause of this game not loading (if your still waiting for a response from Skuzzy). It wouldnt hurt to do this even if it doesnt solve your problem. Also make sure you have directx 9.0C installed as well.

ussually just the first 1/3 of the dx diag is enough for us to spot problems in .
just copy and paste it down to the sound drivers .

No dice.. Here is Skuzzy's response:
I realize that, but according to DirectX, the card only has 16MB of ram available to it. No matter how it dynamically does the memory allocation (which will acuse problems for us as well due to the amount of system ram we need), it is only reporting 16MB of video ram. As we manage our video space, we have to depend on what the hardware tells us. If it is not accurate, there is not much we can do about it.
Other games probably let DirectX manage thier resources. We do not as there are other problems with letting DirectX manage resources.

16mbs of ram on a gf 4 card ????
Somethings up all of my gf4 have been 64mb cards and they will play ah2 (not the best frame rates but they do play)
is it an onboard gf4 graphics processor ??? (AE asus a7n8x-vm mainboard)
if it is you can go to the bios and up the ram alloted to the video to 64mb
