Title: Correct Fonts???

How do you guys get all off your letters to look perfect.  Do i need a certain font?  if so how do i install them?

i installed them into the windows font thing but its not in the choices for photoshop. so i have to install them somewhere else?

Under the Markings choice.
Then select Fonts.

All the fonts you should need.

Use Windows control panel/fonts.

Select - File, Install New Font  - from top menu.

Browse to your font.

Getting good fonts can make all the difference, but be prepared to actually draw some by hand sometimes, as some lettering just has no equivalent modern font.

Handrawn still looks better than the wrong font... in fact, many of the original airplanes were hand-lettered, so it's not that much of a stretch.

To my eye, nothing kills a skin faster than seeing Arial Bold on it. :(

Think he was on about Amarillo, USAF Stencil fonts, RAF code fonts etc.
