the sky would be my guess, possibly, although im not sure, from some of those wafer thin clouds.

it snowed here today.....just as i got in thr truck to go to work.

its used the screenshot image and its copy
1. cut the portion(where the distant view comes to seem) from the foreground image
2. put the foreground image above the distant view image
   and applied a snow filter in the distant view image
