I was killed again , (in ME 262 this time , that's why i'm psst off) by friendly puff acs , over our base
  Can this problem get fixed???

You see puffy in a perk plane, book it. Friendly or not, any AI AA fire will damage your plane.

It's a feature, not a bug. The only reason mannables can't do that is because spies would use your AA against you.
