Title: Interesting phenomenon in the MA tonite
Post by: Guppy35 on February 22, 2005, 12:12:14 AM
I haven't had a chance to fly in a few days having been buried in work, kids etc.

So I finally wander up in my 38G and see that we're outnumbered and then some.  OK I can die to the mob as well as one on one, so no big deal.

Off I go to the base getting overwhelmed and into the mob of red I dive.  True to form I'm soon flopping down on the deck trying to postpone my death when it occurs to me that while there are numerous baduns running in on me that no one is shooting me in the face.  There is no whistle of shells over the canopy as I try and duck out of the way.

This happened again and again and I began to wonder if maybe folks might be actually trying to work for a better shot then the one pass haul a** face shot deal.

And yes I died often but only once was it a guy just hosing me in the face as he blew through while 4 other guys on his team were turning with me.

It was kind of nice to have it that way tonite.  I wonder if it could start a trend?

Yeah right :)

Forget it, I take it back.  Went back in an promptly got face shot.  Perfectly good brawl with a Niki that had alt and E on my little P38G but as soon as I got him down and a bit slower to where I was getting inside him, he'd go head on and face shoot everytime.  I apparently didn't duck low enough the last time.

No clue why he didn't just have it out.  Ah well, I had hope for a brief moment in time :)

Sure like how the 38G turns though
