Here's the start of the Muppet movie.. haven't put in the intro or any effects beyond transitions yet, but it's already 13 mins so what the hell ;)
You can grab it here (http://www.michaelking.ca/media/agom.rar) . It's just under 540mb compressed (I know, sorry... best I could do on a PC while retaining quality) in Quicktime (http://www.apple.com/quicktime) format.
Starts off with ManeTMP and I spoiling a horde's fun in Ki-84's (this is a looong fight) then there's a bit of me in a G10. Some decent flying in here, so enjoy ;) Oh, if you don't like the music... tough!

:rofl 540 mb
-
tss tss 550 not 540.
That's way to huge Wetrat :)
-
I'm sure it's good, but not 540mb worth of good to me, sorry.
I'll wait for version 2.0 ... LOL... when it's smaller.

hey, what do you want for 13 minutes of ownage? ;)

I had a 20 minute download at 4.0 MB.. You might want to see about another compression codec for the audio... That is what seems to be the big componet in my big files... I have one coming out soon that will be about 12 minutes also... using quicktime... I know how you feel about sacraficing quality for compression... you never want to do it because you think that it isn't good enough the compressed way.

downloaded the compressed rar file and got the following error message
1 agom.rar: Unknown method in agom.mov
2 agom.rar: No files to extract

Like some of the near ground shots you get of KI's vs Horde...... looks like i'm inches from augering on film :D

that's like a full hour of dvd video LOL
-
Last song, "Fell on Black Days" by Soundgarden, is my favourite song ;)
Any significant reduction in filesize completely buggered the quality. It wouldn't be worth watching even at 500mb unpacked. Let's hear it for broadband and unlimited transfer on my ftp. :D

Actually no... if you download an actual DVD iso you're looking at 4gb+ ;) Anyways, it's much easier to reduce filesize of movies & tv shows while retaining quality than it is with game clips.

Nice work Wetrat.
-
tx red, and punt! ;)

I'd love to see it but I aint d/l no 540 mb.
You should be able to get it close to or under 10 megs per min with mpeg4 or xvid or quicktime at 320x240 at 30fps with decent quality audio.
Try Sorenson Squeeze or Media Cleaner Pro.
Some videos I recently made for example:
Same video in .wmv or .mov format. 4:30 running time and 22 megabytes each.

For $500 I will pass on Sorenson Squeeze.... Looks like a nice program... but that is just way to much money... Upgrade is like $200 bucks...
Seems everywhere I look Media Cleaner seems to be discontinued.
