Title: Ack regen at field capture?

All the AAA at a field comes up when a field is captured?  If not, how does it work?  I don't think that's how it SHOULD work, but that's another thread.

The moment a field is captured all acks will rebuild instantly.
This was put in as there was seen cases in the beta where a C47 would keep spawing on the field and unload troops. As the field was captured the troops would recapture the field quickly.
