Title: Who was it that worked with RF-4Cs at RAF Alconbury? (10th TFW)

I emailed some Phantom pics of when the USAF had the RF-4C at RAF Alconbury during the 1970s but I can't remember who it was to?  I must have sent them 4 or 5 years ago?  10th TFW
