Title: Ability to put polls in threads

Can an option be added to the thread making process to create a poll?  Give it different options like number of choices, time limits, and whether or not to make the information on who voted for what public.  I've seen many other forums do this with great results.

It used to be enabled but their was so many ridiculous polls running it got killed.

Then perhaps put a limit on how many polls can be posted by an account per week or month.
