Title: Screen shot problem

Never had this problem before, but whenever I take a screen shot and then look at it later the lower 1/4 of the screen is black.  Every shot is like this and it does not matter what graphics program I use to view them.

Since 2.02 patch 2

MB ECS 755-A2
AMD 3200
GeoForce 6600GT
Sound Blaster Live Value card
750 megs of RAM
XP w/SP2
Direct X 9c

same problem with my ATI9800, except screenshots were completely blank.
reinstalled game and drivers, fixed.
