Title: Bomber formations and scoring

Am i correct in assuming that if you up bombers with formation selected, as far as scoring is concerned it is regarded as 3 sorties?
I'm just wondering since I upped bobmbers for the first time last night in the current tour and the scoring page shows that I had 3 sorties with 2 deaths and 1 bailed.  This was the only time I have flown bobmbers in this scoring tour.

Just wondering. :confused:
