Title: Can not change load out on Lvt2

I was trying to  launch an lvt 2 with troops and I had to change it from cargo.
I coundt change anything about the load out. I spawned two to try and reset it. But the fleet hanger wouldnt allow me to change its load out.
The carrier was dead on the fleet and others where able to change launch with troops.

CC cant change loadout when the carrier is dead. At least i cant.

Till that is fixed: switch to any of your airfields that have lvts enabled, change there, switch back to task group, launch.
